Greetings!! As a valued customer and client of HEAVENLY HEARTS we would like to announce the introduction of our NEW Personalized HEAVENLY HEARTS Mailbox Service. A complimentary Personalized Mailbox is now available for each and every Member to use FREE-OF-CHARGE. Your Personal Mailbox is completely private and only accessible by you as a registered Member of HEAVENLY HEARTS.

Q. What is the purpose of having a personalized HEAVENLY HEARTS Mailbox?

A personalized Mailbox allows you to receive messages from HEAVENLY HEARTS Customer Support and those ladies we represent. It works just like a regular on-line Mailbox, but with a receiving capacity only.

Q. How can I access my Personal Mailbox?

You can access your Mailbox by using the following Main Menu sequence: Main Menu>Personal Mailbox>Your Mailbox (Men) Alternatively, you can use the Home Page link or the following URL link:

Q. What information do I need to use in order to log-in to my Personal Mailbox?

All that is required for you to log-in to your HH Mailbox is your current HEAVENLY HEARTS Username and Password. This is the data that all existing Members use to Log-in to the site in order to use the site facilities.

Q. Who can I receive messages from?

You can receive messages and pictures directly from us (HEAVENLY HEARTS). You can also receive messages from any lady who has seen your profile and has sent you an Expression of Interest letter or from ladies you have previously sent correspondence to.

Q. Can I use the Mailbox to send messages?

No. The Mailbox is only intended to be used as a receiving conduit for registered HEAVENLY HEARTS members.

Q. If I can’t use the mailbox to send responses to Messages I have received from ladies, how can I contact them?

In order to contact ladies you will need to do it via a lady’s Personal Profile Page. All the options for contacting ladies are to be found there. Thus, you will need to use the Main Menu to access a lady’s Personal Profile Page (as well as any other area of the web site) prior to sending any form of written correspondence to her.
NB. Access to certain areas of the web site is dependent upon a Member’s existing level of Membership i.e. 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star Membership, also the New Release Ladies Gallery Subscription Service. It may be necessary for a Member to Upgrade his Membership before he can send correspondence to a lady or ladies. More information of Membership can be found here.

Q. If I have used the HEAVENLY HEARTS web site to send correspondence to a lady, how will I know when she sends me a return letter?

It is your responsibility to check your mailbox for messages. Your Mailbox will be available on-line to access by you at any time 24 hours a day.

Q. What if I have problems using the Mailbox?

If you encounter any problems, please contact us via the web site and we will look into the matter and get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. Can I use cryptic or blatant personal address information in my correspondence to ladies?

No. A Member attempting to send web site messages with cryptic or blatant personal address information will have their messages deleted.

Q. Are there any hidden costs associated with using my HEAVENLY HEARTS Mailbox?

No. Mailbox usage is FREE to all registered HEAVENLY HEARTS Members.
